Built by people who've done this work.

FAA$T™ wasn't designed in the abstract. The first use case was built for Patient Support Programs (PSP) from direct experience inside Canada's pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs where invoice reconciliation is high-stakes, manual, and time intensive. Our goal was to reduce the reliance on excel workbooks that aren’t designed for the level of data Invoice reconciliation requires.

The Origin

FAA$T™ Inc. has been in development for seven years.

It started the way most real solutions start, from direct exposure to the problem. Years of doing financial reconciliation for PSP programs manually, then with spreadsheets, then recognizing that the industry needed something purpose-built.

In 2022, the core reconciliation process was patented. By Q4 2025, the platform went live. The CoPay Module launched in January 2026.

This is not a pivot. This is the product.

  • 30+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 15 years specifically in Patient Support Programs, invoicing, and financial reconciliation.

That expertise isn't marketing language. It's what powers FAA$T's™ rules engine — the logic that knows where invoice errors hide, what compliance flags to surface, and how PSP financials actually flow in practice.

Generic reconciliation tools don't have this. They connect systems. FAA$T™ interprets them.

  • FAA$T™ holds a granted patent for its core financial reconciliation process, a methodology developed from years of working inside the PSP financial ecosystem.

The patent covers the rules-driven approach to matching PSP invoices against SOW terms, flagging discrepancies, and producing audit-ready documentation.

  • Finance team capacity constraints on reconciliation and reporting

Then FAA$T™ was built for your situation
